With 30" X, 31" Y, and 24" Z travels, a 20,000 RPM HSK63 direct-drive spindle backed by a 50 HP motor, a trunnion-mounted 5th axis rotary, 120-station chain-type tool changer, and the latest Siemens Sinumerik One digital-native CNC control, it combines rigidity, speed, and contouring accuracy in a single-setup platform. Optional extras on this unit include an auto door, mist collector, tool presetter, and through-spindle air/water capability - giving shops the ability to reduce handling time, improve part accuracy, and move confidently into more demanding multi-axis contract work.
Compared to DNS Solutions' earlier DVF-5000 platform, the DVF-6500T steps up in nearly every area that matters to a 5-axis shop. The 6500T offers a substantially larger work envelope and a higher-capacity trunnion table, allowing bigger and heavier workpieces to be clamped and swung in full simultaneous 5-axis motion. The jump to the Sinumerik One control - Siemens' newest digital-twin-ready platform - brings faster block processing, better surface quality on complex contours, and more advanced thermal and kinematic compensation than the Sinumerik 840D generation used on older DVF models.
