The 2006 Hurco VMX42 is a 42" x 24" x 24" travel CNC vertical machining center built around Hurco's Ultimax control — the same conversational + G-code platform that made Hurco a favorite of job shops and engineering departments needing fast prototype turnaround on the same machine they run production parts. A 10,000 RPM spindle, 24-station carousel-style tool changer, flood coolant with built-in washdown, chip conveyor, and rigid tapping configure this machine for everything from tooling-and-die work to medium-volume part production.
