The 2005 Doosan VM925 CNC Vertical Machining Center is a large-envelope Doosan VMC built for long-workpiece and heavy-fixture production work that a standard 40-by-20-inch VMC simply cannot accommodate. The machine carries 78.7 inches of X-axis travel, 36.4 inches of Y, and 31.5 inches of Z over a 94.5 by 35.4 inch table, with a CAT-50 spindle running to 6,000 RPM and a 30-position automatic tool changer all under a Fanuc 18i-MB control.
