2011 Matsuura MAM72-25V CNC 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center

The 2011 Matsuura MAM72-25V CNC 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center is a Matsuura MAM-platform multi-axis cell with rotary B-axis tilt and C-axis rotation under a Fanuc 30i-B5 control, paired with a massive 240-pocket chain-type automatic tool changer and integrated with a 40-station PC40 automatic pallet changer that turns this machine into a continuous-production unattended cell. The BT40 spindle is rated to 15,000 RPM, with through-spindle coolant, a Renishaw probing system, and mist collection installed. The main spindle was recently rebuilt by NTE Northern Tool and Electronics.
