2021 Haas UMC-1000 CNC 5-Axis Machining Center w/ 10-Station Pallet Pool

The 2021 Haas UMC-1000 CNC 5-Axis Machining Center is a fully-upgraded Haas UMC-1000 paired with a 10-station automatic pallet pool, configured for unattended 5-axis production on a near-current Haas platform. The machine carries 40 inches of X-axis travel, 25 inches of Y, and 25 inches of Z over a 25 inch platter with full B-axis tilt (-35 to +120 degrees) and full C-axis rotation, with a CAT-40 spindle running to 15,000 RPM behind a 30 HP motor and a 50+1 side-mount automatic tool changer cycling through a 50-pocket magazine. The 10-station pallet pool runs 15.75 by 11.75 inch pallets under the Haas CNC Control with Dynamic Work Offsets and Tool Center Point Control. Equipped with the Wireless Intuitive Probing System, 300 PSI through-spindle coolant, a belt-type chip conveyor, programmable coolant nozzle, 95 gallon coolant tank with a 1 HP pump, rigid tapping M-code, and a remote jog handle. Built 12/2021 and installed 8/2022.
