2019 Mazak VCN-530C 2PC CNC Vertical Machining Center

This 2019 Mazak VCN-530C 2PC is a 3-axis CNC vertical machining center built around a twin-pallet automatic pallet changer that lets the operator load one fixture while the spindle keeps cutting on the other. With 41.3" by 20.9" by 20.1" XYZ travels, a 51.18" by 21.65" pallet that accepts workpieces up to 2,646 lbs, and a 12,000 RPM 25 HP CAT 40 spindle paired with a 48-station side-mount tool changer, it tears through aluminum, steel, and stainless on a single setup. The included Renishaw probing system, integrated chip conveyor, and Mazatrol SmoothG control round out a production-ready cell that drops onto the floor and starts paying for itself.

Compared to the older Mazak VCN-510C, the 530C steps up to a noticeably longer 41.3-inch X stroke, a higher-capacity 48-station side-mount magazine versus the 510C's typical 30-station setup, and the Mazatrol SmoothG control delivers a cleaner conversational interface and faster block processing than the earlier MATRIX-class controls on prior VCN builds. Pair that with the integrated 2-pallet APC and the 530C 2PC becomes the kind of cell that pulls work off three or four older single-pallet VMCs without ever asking the operator to stop and swap fixtures mid-cycle.
