2011 Brother TC-32BN QT CNC Drill and Tap Center

The Brother TC-32BN QT is a high-speed CNC drill and tap center with a reputation for relentless, low-maintenance production that has made Brother machines the standard for high-volume small-part work. This 2011 machine covers 21.7 x 15.7 x 16.3 in of X/Y/Z travel with a 16,000 RPM BT30 spindle backed by a 13 HP (10 min) / 10 HP continuous motor, and taps synchronously to 8,000 RPM. The QT twin-station rotating table carries a 23.6 x 16.7 in work area rated at 441 lbs on each side, so the operator loads one station while the machine cuts the other - a built-in two-station production cell with no robot required. Rapids run 2,755 IPM on all axes, the 40-tool changer swaps in 0.9 seconds tool-to-tool and 2.0 seconds chip-to-chip, and the whole machine fits a 75 x 145 in footprint on 230 V 3-phase power at approximately 10,000 lbs.
