The DMC DM-52VL is a three-axis CNC vertical machining center built by FFG DMC with a reputation for rigid, dependable performance in production machine shops. This 2017 example runs a Fanuc 0i-MF control and offers travels of 40.2 x 20.5 x 20.1 inch over a 43.3 x 20.5 inch worktable rated for workpieces up to 1,323 lb. Power comes from a 20 HP No. 40 Big Plus spindle turning up to 8,000 RPM, fed by rapid traverse rates near 1,417 IPM for fast, accurate cycle times.
