RMF 2013 Fadal VMC-6030 HT CNC Vertical Machining Center

The Fadal VMC 6030 HT is the high-torque version of Fadal's popular 60-inch 40-taper CNC vertical machining center, built for shops that need real low-end power in a simple, serviceable package. Professionally remanufactured in 2013, this unit combines X/Y/Z travels of 60 x 30 x 30 inches and a 62.5 x 30 inch T-slot table with a high-torque 30 HP, 10,000 RPM 40-taper spindle, a 21-station side-mount automatic tool changer, and 400 ipm rapids. The high-torque spindle delivers strong cutting force at low RPM for hogging tool steel and cast iron, while rugged box-way construction with telescopic way covers holds the rigidity those heavy cuts demand.

Compared with a standard Fadal VMC 6030 and earlier units on the legacy CNC 88 control, this HT model adds a high-torque spindle drive for greater material removal at low speeds, and its 2013 remanufacture refreshed the box ways and drive components to dependable working condition.
