2007 Takumi V32 CNC Vertical Mill w/ 4th Axis

The 2007 Takumi V32 is a heavy-duty, box-way vertical machining center built for large-envelope work, pairing roughly 126 inches of X-axis travel with 42 inches in Y and 30 inches in Z across a full-length table. Its CAT 50 spindle, 32-tool automatic swing-arm changer, through-spindle coolant, and integral chip conveyor make it well suited to sustained roughing and to mold, die, and large fabricated-part production, while 4th-axis rotary capability opens the door to multi-sided machining in a single setup.

Compared with the smaller V22 in Takumi's box-way V-series, which offers about 86.6 inches of X travel on a 2,200 mm axis over a 2,200 x 1,025 mm table, the V32 stretches the work envelope by roughly a full meter of X travel, letting a shop clamp longer parts or several fixtures across one table without repositioning. Both share the same rugged CAT 50 box-way architecture and spindle chiller, but the V32's added length and 32-tool magazine give it a clear edge for shops that have outgrown a mid-size box-way mill.
