This 2021 unit offers a generous work envelope with travels of 84 x 40 x 30 in (X/Y/Z) over an 84 x 36 in table rated to 4,000 lb, making it well suited to long molds, die plates, weldments, and multi-part fixtures. A 30 HP, 8,100 RPM inline spindle with a CT40 taper drives material removal, while rapids of 600 IPM on all three axes and cutting feeds to 500 IPM keep cycle times efficient. Tooling is handled by a 30+1 side-mount tool changer with tool-to-tool changes of 2.8 seconds, and the machine is equipped with a spindle probing system for in-process setup and inspection.
