2022 Haas DT-2 CNC Drill/Tap Center w/ TRT100

The Haas DT-2 is a compact drill/tap machining center trusted across high-volume production and job shops for fast, dependable, no-drama cutting. This 2022 example is built around a BT30 inline direct-drive spindle spinning to 15,000 RPM with 15 hp on tap, delivering high-speed rigid tapping and quick metal removal over X/Y/Z travels of 28 x 16 x 15.5 inches on a 34 x 15 inch table. Rapids of 2,400 IPM and a 20+1 side-mount tool changer hold cycle times down and keep non-cut time to a minimum, while a Haas TRT100 dual-axis trunnion adds full 4th- and 5th-axis capability for complex, single-setup machining. The machine is further equipped with 300 psi through-spindle coolant, a Renishaw wireless probing system, high-speed machining, and a chip auger, leaving it ready for demanding production work.
