The Brother Speedio M200Xd1-5AX is a compact 5-axis machining center prized for the speed, reliability, and low running costs that have made Brother a fixture in high-volume production and precision job shops. This 2023 example pairs a BBT30 Big Plus dual-contact spindle turning to 16,000 RPM with an integrated A/C trunnion table (A -30 to +120 degrees, C 360 degrees continuous) for full five-axis, single-setup machining, and it adds a 2,000 RPM turning function for mill-turn work. The work envelope covers X/Y/Z travels of 7.9 x 17.3 x 12.0 inches over a 5.5 inch rotary table, served by a fast 28-tool ATC and 50 m/min (1,969 IPM) rapids that keep non-cut time to a minimum.
