The DMG Mori ecoMill 70 is a 5-axis CNC vertical machining center with a reputation for accessible, dependable multi-sided machining that has made the ecoline family a staple in job shops, mold shops, and training environments. This 2015 unit is built around DMG MORI's patented NC swivel rotary table with integrated B- and C-axes, rated for B-axis travel from -10 to +95 degrees and full 360 degree C-axis rotation, so parts can be machined on five sides in a single setup. Travels are X 29.53 / Y 23.62 / Z 20.47 inches, with a 31.5 inch diameter x 24.4 inch table rated for 772 lbs. The 40-taper spindle is rated for 12,000 RPM and 17.4 HP (13 kW), supported by a 32-tool chain magazine and 945 ipm rapid traverse on all linear axes.
